Deixar ferver um pouquinho e tirar do fogo, aí é jogar o chocolate junto e mexer até derreter. Depois disso é continuar mexendo bem e acrescentar o açúcar, os ovos, a baunilha, e finalmente a farinha e as castanhas e tá pronta a massa. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Aí é untar uma forma e por pra assar por aproximademente uns 30 minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Enquanto isso na liga da justiça... hora de fazer a cobertura! Na mesma panela de antes (ou não) derreter a manteiga e a glucose em fogo médio, e quando ferveracrescentar o chocolate. Assim que isso estiver pronto,  só tirar do fogo e jogar o creme.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Agora provavelmente você vai ter aquele tempo de tomar uma cerveja, preparar um drink, dar uma espiada na novela.. enfim.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;O jeito tradicional de comer de comer isso aí é gelado, então é bom deixar o bolo descansar uns minutinhos antes de jogar a cobertura em cima. Como nem sempre se tem calda de caramelo em casa, então não tem o menor problema substituir por açucar ou então uma calda de chocolate. Quanto à canela, eu sei que nem todos gostam, mas pra não simplesmente tirar da receita uma dica é substituir por umas gotas de essência de baunilha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt; Não esqueça o sal, ele é seu amigo! Bom, na verdade ele é coisa do Demo, mas ajuda a realçar o doce do caramelo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A coisa toda é bem simples e rápida, só jogar tudo no liqüidificador.
